I am a supply chain and transformation leader focused on improving how complex organisations design, align, and execute decisions across global planning environments.
My work is centered on strengthening decision quality, operational alignment, and execution reliability in large-scale, regulated systems characterised by uncertainty, interdependencies, and global complexity.
Leadership Approach
In complex transformation environments, I operate through three guiding principles:
End-to-end system performance over functional optimisation. I focus on improving overall enterprise outcomes rather than optimising individual organisational silos.
Decision clarity over process complexity. The objective is not to design more processes, but to enable better, faster, and more consistent decision-making.
Adoption and usability over technical sophistication. Transformation only delivers value when systems are understood, trusted, and embedded in daily execution.
